The risograph is a special brand of digital duplicators from Japan. They are renowned for their low carbon footprint and use of soy based inks, making them an environmentally sustainable choice.

It is essentially a stencil printer. The machine creates a stencil that is put onto the ink drum inside. The ink is then squeezed through the stencil onto the paper. Like screenprinting, each color is added in layers.

Risograph has a quirky printing process in comparison to other digital printers, making each print different. Riso has a one-of-a-kind aesthetic with a textured finish to the prints.
